C. M. Russell’s Isabel Foley named 2023 Journalist of the Year
Senior Isabel Foley is the editor in chief of the Russellog yearbook. She will attend UM in the fall.

The 2023 Montana Journalist of the Year is senior Isabel Foley of C. M. Russell High School in Great Falls. Beth Britton is her adviser. Foley advances to JEA Journalist of the Year competition. JEA Journalist of the Year winner will be announced at the JEA/NSPA National High School Journalism Convention in San Francisco. Foley will be recognized at the University of Montana’s Journalism Day on May 5.
