Ila Bell, a senior at Hellgate High School in Missoula, has been chosen as the Montana high school Journalist of the Year. Bell is the editor of The Hellgate Lance. She will receive the award and a scholarship from the Montana Newspaper Association at the April 18 Journalism Day at the University of Montana.
