Senior Isabel Foley, the editor in chief of the Russellog yearbook at C. M. Russell High School in Great Falls, was named the Montana High School Journalist of the Year. She receives a scholarship from the Montana Newspaper Association. Foley, who will attend the University of Montana to major in photojournalism in the fall, has been a member of the Rustler journalism program for four years as a member of both yearbook and newspaper. She served as the photo editor of both publications her junior year, and she also excels in design.
