Larry Abramson, the dean of the University of Montana’s School of Journalism, visited C.M. Russell High School in Great Falls Oct. 23 to work with the Stampede newsmagazine staff. Abramson, who spent decades with National Public Radio and is in his second year as dean, discussed interviewing techniques and the importance of quality interviews in the writing process.
